What on Earth are They Thinking?

In the beginning there was a girl. In a lot of ways she was a normal girl. But there were parts of her life that didn’t seem normal to her. So she began exploring the things her family taught her, the things she read in books or watched on the television. And she began to have opinions. The more information she consumed, the more opinions she had.

This blog is the result of that girl becoming a woman and having to many friends and acquaintances with so many diverse ideas, that an opinion was bound to cause a reaction in someone. As the woman is mostly nice, she hesitates to voice her opinions in close company of those who already know that her ideas are, well, liberal. Or conservative. Or moderate. So, the woman needed a place where she could share, but maybe not over share. She needed a place where she could experiment with her ideas. Where she could talk things out with herself until that opinion was formed, solidified and ready to voice.

“What on Earth are They Thinking?” is that place. It will be filled with many subjects as I have many interests. There may be a post one day about politics and another about the current quilt that I am working on. So get ready, because I am quite flighty and there is no telling what might come out of my keyboard.
